At VanityAura, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days to help you shop with confidence.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the eligibility requirements, return process, refund timelines, and procedures for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product should:
- Be unused or only reasonably inspected
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and components
- Show no signs of misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized repair, or excessive wear
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from vanityaura.site
Products that have been significantly used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. Free Returns
VanityAura provides free returns for eligible products requested within the 30-day return period.
After your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the applicable return instructions. Depending on your location, these instructions may include a prepaid return label, a return authorization, or an alternative return arrangement.
Customers should not return products without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or sent to an incorrect facility.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product does not function as reasonably expected
- You received the wrong item, model, color, or quantity
- A product component or accessory is missing
- The package appears to have been damaged during transportation
Please provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. We may also request a short video when necessary to evaluate a functional issue.
Once the issue is verified, VanityAura may offer an appropriate resolution, including:
- A replacement
- A refund
- A replacement component
- Another reasonable solution agreed upon with the customer
Customers will not be charged return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
5. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Your bank, card provider, payment processor, or financial institution may require additional time to display the funds in your account. These external processing times are outside VanityAura’s control.
6. Refund Amount
An approved refund will generally include the purchase price paid for the returned product.
Because VanityAura provides free standard worldwide shipping, there is normally no original standard shipping fee to refund.
Additional services or costs requested by the customer, including expedited delivery or optional services where available, may be non-refundable unless required by law or the service was not provided.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund does not appear within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
- Allow time for pending transactions to be posted.
- Contact us at support@vanityaura.site if the refund remains unavailable.
We will review the transaction and provide available refund confirmation details.
8. Exchanges
Direct exchanges may not always be available.
When an exchange cannot be processed, you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
If the exchange is required because VanityAura sent an incorrect or defective product, contact our support team for assistance before placing another order.
9. Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it enters processing or shipment. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to a shipping carrier.
If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
10. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and for accepting the shipment.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may require review before a refund is issued.
Any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
11. Return Packaging
Customers should package returned products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Whenever possible, use the original shipping box and protective materials. VanityAura is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging unless prohibited by applicable law.

Do not send returns directly to our public mailing address unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.
