VanityAura provides free standard shipping to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery estimates, tracking process, address requirements, customs procedures, and responsibilities relating to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Standard shipping is provided free of charge for eligible orders delivered to supported destinations worldwide.

No minimum purchase amount is required unless a different condition is clearly displayed on the website or during a specific promotion.

Certain remote areas, restricted destinations, military addresses, post office boxes, or locations affected by carrier limitations may not be serviceable. If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Carrier operations
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Transportation disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm payment authorization, product availability, and delivery information.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, major promotions, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Customers will receive a shipping or tracking notification when tracking information becomes available.

4. Order Tracking

When available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to show movement after the shipping confirmation is issued. This does not necessarily mean the order has not been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

5. Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City
  • Province, state, or region
  • Postal or ZIP code
  • Country
  • Telephone number when requested

VanityAura is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Address Changes

Contact support@vanityaura.site immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment. However, an address change cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once shipped, the carrier may be unable to redirect the package.

7. International Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be reviewed by local customs authorities.

Depending on the destination, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local handling costs imposed by government authorities or delivery providers.

These charges are separate from our free standard shipping offer and are not controlled by VanityAura unless the website clearly states that duties are included.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws.

8. Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your order has not arrived after the estimated period, contact support@vanityaura.site with your order number.

Our team will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping provider.

9. Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation or the applicable waiting period has been completed.

If a shipment appears lost, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your delivery address
  • Any relevant tracking information

After verifying the situation, VanityAura may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

10. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check entrances, mailrooms, reception areas, and secure delivery locations.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel.
  3. Wait until the end of the delivery day because tracking may update early.
  4. Contact the carrier for delivery details.
  5. Contact VanityAura if the package remains missing.

We will review the matter and assist where reasonably possible.

11. Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, take clear photographs of:

  • The outer package
  • The shipping label
  • The internal packaging
  • The damaged product
  • Any broken or missing components

Contact us promptly at support@vanityaura.site.

Do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as it may be required for carrier verification.

12. Multiple Packages

An order containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

Separate packages may arrive on different days and may have different tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

13. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of repeated failed delivery attempts may be reviewed before a refund or reshipment is approved.

Additional costs resulting from customer-provided address errors, refusal, or failure to collect a package may be deducted where permitted by law.

14. Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss generally transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law and carrier delivery rules.

Nothing in this policy limits any legal responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
